Challenges

The website needed a clearer structure so visitors could quickly understand what was available to them and navigate to the appropriate treatments and booking options.

The homepage also needed to function more effectively as the main entry point to the website, introducing Heal Wellbeing while guiding different audiences towards relevant locations, treatments and services.

Events and treatments entered into Momence also needed to appear elsewhere without repeatedly entering and maintaining the same information manually.

Outcomes

The website structure was reorganised around Heal Wellbeing’s locations and services, creating clearer user journeys and making it easier for visitors to discover relevant treatments and booking options.

Branded email templates were designed within Momence to create a more consistent experience when communicating with customers.

An automated integration using APIs and a custom script synchronised events added to Momence with Eventbrite, which helped maintain information consistently across platforms.
